Rigid quality control procedures ensure that IGBT Express delivers only the highest quality modules to our customers. IGBT Express uses a comprehensive due diligence inspection program for all modules prior to delivery, incoming inspection methods are based upon customer specified requirements and IGBT Express�s quality standards. IGBT Express�s in-house & third-party inspection capabilities include:

Warranties & Returns

IGBT Express warrants form, fit and function of our IGBT modules for minimum 120 days against specifications and requirements of original components manufacturers.
Returning product to IGBT Express is easy, submit your request with official test report within 30 days of your purchase, IGBT Express will respond to you with a RMA in 10 working days.
